Pale yellow and clear liquid. The
aroma is intensely sweet and floral, reminiscent of almonds and jasmine

linaly acetate, cadinene, caryophyllene, pinene, cresol, eugenol, linalol,
geraniol, benzyl alcohol, sesquiterpenes, acetic acid, benzoic acid, phenol,

Aphrodisiac, antidepressant, antinfectious, antiseborrhoeic,
antiseptic, euphoric, hypotensive, nerving, regulator, sedative (nervous),
stimulant (circulatory), tonic. |

reportted. Use in moderation, since its heady scent can cause headaches
or nausea. |

Generally regarded as non-irritant. However,
it can provoke sensitization reactions in some people. Use in low concentrations
of around 1 per cent. |
