Spray Drying 

Spray Drying is a method by which flavours and fragrances or plant extracts are dried to produce a fine powder for applications where a powder is required rather than the more usual liquids forms. 

Micro Encapsulation 

Flavour and fragrances are often adversely affected by heat processes, evaporation or oxidation from contact with the air. To prevent degradation of the aroma molecules, droplets of the flavours and fragrances are captured and enclosed in tiny capsules then dried in a Spray dryer to a fine powder.
